Dr. Eric is a private AI voice guide for men's health questions. It is not medical care and not a substitute for a qualified professional. See our Medical Disclaimer for details.

Each session is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Your package determines how long the session lasts (for example, 20, 40, or 60 minutes).

Prices are shown in the sessions section of the site and are charged once per session.

After payment, you receive a one-time access link to start your voice session. This link is for a single use, expires after a limited time, and is not intended to be shared or transferred.

Attempting to reuse, share, or tamper with a session link may prevent access.

Dr. Eric is for personal, non-commercial use by adults aged 18 or older. Do not use it for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes, and do not rely on it for emergencies.

Dr. Eric is not for emergencies. If you have urgent or severe symptoms, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services right away.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (for example, PayPal). Their terms apply to the payment itself.

You may request a refund within 24 hours of payment, as described on our Refund page.

We may update these terms over time. Continued use means you accept the current version.
