This page explains, in plain language, what Dr. Eric does and does not do with your information. Dr. Eric is a private, voice-only AI guide for men's health questions.
No Dr. Eric account
You don't create a Dr. Eric account to start. We don't ask for your name, email, or phone number to begin a session.
You're identified to us only by the one-time session link tied to your payment — not by a personal profile.
Your voice session
We do not record your voice session. Dr. Eric is designed for live voice guidance only.
To deliver the live voice session, your audio may be processed by our voice and AI technology providers during the session. Dr. Eric is designed for live voice guidance, not for creating a stored session history.
We do not create a Dr. Eric transcript for you to review later. The session is designed for live voice guidance only.
Payment
Payment is handled by the payment provider (for example, PayPal). Dr. Eric does not see or store your full card details.
The payment provider processes your payment under its own privacy terms, which apply alongside this page.
What minimal metadata we keep
To run sessions and support refunds, we keep a small amount of non-health information: a payment reference, the session link's status (such as unused, used, or expired), the package you chose, your language, and timestamps.
Dr. Eric product records are designed around payment and session operation metadata, not the content of what you say in the voice session. After payment, we ask you to complete a structured Private Session Setup so we can personalize your voice session — this is a personalization step, not a medical diagnosis, assessment, treatment plan, prescription, or medical record.
Your Private Session Setup answers are used to personalize this single session. They are not shared with the payment provider and are not placed in web links. In this version, we do not keep your raw setup answers as a permanent medical record; a short session context summary may be used during your live session to help Dr. Eric understand your context, and it is processed by our voice and AI technology providers as described above.
Advertising and analytics
We do not use Meta Pixel or third-party advertising trackers on dreric.ai. We do not send your on-site browsing activity to advertising platforms. We measure campaign performance using first-party attribution and completed payment records.
We do not put health details, or anything you say in a session, into advertising pixels or analytics.
Any product analytics we use are limited to non-sensitive events such as page views, button clicks, and whether a payment succeeded.
Cookies
We use functional cookies needed for the site to work and remember your language. If analytics or advertising tools are used, they must not include health details or anything you say in a session.
Your choices and contact
You can ask about your information, request a refund, or get help with a session at any time.
